At Zupy Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Some products may be excluded from this right, such as:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed hygiene or personal care items that have been opened
  • Used products
  • Final sale items, where legally permitted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will evaluate the issue and provide the best solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Hygiene-related products that have been opened
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale, where legally permitted

Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Because we work with international fulfillment partners, some orders may be processed quickly. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
